Hi, I'm Katie Hemphill

When it comes to your direct experience of this life, I am here as your guide, healer, and coach to get you through the obstacles that you are facing, and into those more peaceful, joyful, and fulfilling spaces that you want to experience

Unlike most coaches, I am not here in a space to try to fix you, or try to mold you into someday I think you should be.

Instead, this space is all about YOU, including your healing, and your empowerment to step into that which you desire to overcome and become.

Along the way, what I teach (more than anything) is presence: that is, a deeply embodied, fully conscious state of presence - one that enables you to cultivate the awareness (and other skill) that is needed so you can navigate yourself through life.

In this way, what you get to learn is how to know what you really need (mentally, physically, emotionally) so that you can overcome any challenge you face in life with skill and grace.

How It Works

1:1 Coaching is my favorite space to work in, because I get to give 100% of my attention to YOU. Together, we get to examine the unique challenges you are facing while you are held in a space devoted to your healing and transformation.

Below, you will find a selection of coaching containers to help you understand the methods and perspectives I offer, and so we can get clear on the work we are here to do together. Know that these are not set in stone, but more like guidelines to help you understand the ways I can help you.

In reality, our work together gets to be dynamic, meeting you exactly where you are at:

  • Becoming present to your reality, even as it shifts (day-to-day, week-to-week, month to month)
  • Healing that which is ready to be healing
  • Setting goals based on where you want to go

Targeted Healing: Get Focused and Centered Overcoming the Physical, Mental, and/or Emotional Challenges Causing You Distress

Let's be honest. It is a normal part of the human experience to suffer from pain, anxiety, overwhelm, and other internal states that drain our energy and keep us from moving forward into the spaces we want to go.

While these states are frustrating, they are part of the human experience, and learning to face them directly (while still moving forward) is an important part of the path.

Trauma Informed Embodiment Work and Trauma Healing

While trauma is often labelled with.... it turns out that trauma is a normal part of the human experience.

What this means is that we get to take extra care and precaution moving into the mind/body space.

For some, this looks like focusing our attention on healing trauma directly.

For others, this looks like focusing our attention on working through the other challenges you are facing, while we hold trauma within our awareness.

Working with you 1:1 is my favorite space to interact with you because I get to give you 100% of my attention as we get to focus entirely on the challenges you are facing.

General Coaching Container:
- Billed per call
- Receive all coaching with time allotted
- Some email correspondence

Sign up for one of the following options:

1 call (1.5 hours) for $127

3 calls (1 hour each) for $297

6 calls (1 hour each) for $497

Each of these options includes basic email correspondence with myself (Katie) to ask questions between calls. Know that this correspondence is limited and, if you want more individualized coaching available between calls, the next option is for you!

Results-Driven Coaching Container:
- Billed Monthly
- Receive coaching during calls, and specialized practices recorded for you (which I create on my own time)
- Unlimited email correspondence

With this option I am here to help create the space that you need to achieve the outcome you are here for. Payment is based on a monthly subscription and usually costs ~$1000/month.

Perks include monthly 1:1 calls, individualized practices, and access to my inbox to answer all questions you may have.

While the bulk of our work together is done during our 1:1 calls, I am available between calls to help you make variations to your practices and offer other support you may be seeking.

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is a holistic mind/body approach that emphasizes the particular challenges that we face within self, calling upon a wealth of wisdom and modalities to work with the unique ways these manifest within self (and in our lives).

Yoga therapy recognizes the unique complexity of each human being. By calling upon a set of models that help us understand our complexity, we can work together to address the root cause of why particular pains and other ailments are showing up in your mind and body.

Some of the modalities I have learned in my Yoga Therapy trainings include:

  • Breathwork (pranayama)
  • Movement and Physical Posture (Asana)

Some of the challenges that I can best help you face given my specialized training:

  • Nervous System Dysregulation

Nutrition and Metabolic Health

Formally trained as a Biomedical Engineer (B.S.E., M.S.), understanding the depth of human (patho)physiology is one of my strong suits.

With an additional many years of study in nutrition science and metabolic health, I developed an expertise in understanding the relationship between behavior (what we eat, how we move, stress patterns, etc.) and how we feel.

But having the information to make healthier choices isn't everything. In truth, our behavior is a result of multiple levels of who we are: our conscious minds, as well as those patterns, beliefs, and other aspects that are buried in our unconscious.

Over the past decade, it has been my mission to develop a holistic health model that takes the whole being into consideration as we work to become healthier versions of ourselves. This model has nothing to do with pushing you into being some "idealistic" or "perfected" human, but instead, has everything to do with knowing self in relationship to how you eat, how you move, and how your other lifestyle choices impact how you feel.

Yoga Therapy Meets Nutrition and Metabolic Health

Through the ancient wisdom of yoga, we have access to powerful models that explore our internal world and its expression in external reality.

While yoga therapy offers a powerful lens through which we can work with our whole selves (body and mind, heart and soul), we can also apply this model to the way we eat, move, and otherwise make lifestyle choices that impact metabolic health.

With a full mind/body approach, yoga therapy offers the tools and perspectives to help get through the layered nature who you are, facilitating your ability to make those healthy choices.

Along the way, you get to develop techniques that help to alleviate stress, which, in reality, is a number one driver of feeling lousy in the first place.

What is my formal Priestess Training?

Completed in 2024, this 18 month intensive program included a deep examination of the embodied realm, including explorations of all levels of self, both conscious and unconscious.

Here, I learned how to hold space for others, creating safe spaces that lend to healing and transformation in powerful ways.

Altogether, it is my Priestessing that enables me to hold the work we do together in a sacred container, bringing you the highest, most skillful practices and perspectives that I can offer.
