Here at ForestBody, I am here to guide you into the states that are worth experiencing in this lifetime. Not necessarily to send you into enlightenment, or to an everlasting heaven, but to the physical, energetic, mental, and emotional states that are worth knowing here on Earth, right now.
This Embodied Spirituality is concerned with how you think, feel, and act now, and how you are working towards an ever-more skillful version of it all.

Grounded
Take a moment to feel into the ground you stand on. You can do this physically as you tune into the literal ground you stand on. You can also do this energetically and psychology: What grounds do you stand on in your life? In other words, what are the foundations that you stand on as you move through life?
I encourage you to let thoughts come to mind, or even visuals that show you what these grounds are. I also encourage you to feel it in your body: Where do you feel this in your body? What exactly does it feel like?
Now, let's talk more about grounding:

Centered
Take a few deep breaths right into the center of your chest. Call upon slow, ease-filled breaths to guide you deeper into self, each breath bringing a new level of presence into your body and whole Self.
After some time (you'll know when), hold the intention to move into center. Perhaps this is right here in your heart space. Perhaps you move your consciousness somewhere else in self: your diahpragm, your solar plexus, your womb.
There is no "right" space to be guided. Only, let yourself be guided to that space within self that allows you to settle into stillness as you are centered in the whole of your being.
Continue to breathe into this space as long as you'd like.
